• Knowledge of Dell Process Tools. Item Usage, WIPS, etc.
• Adapted to evolving and challenging work conditions with optimism.
• Display proactive approach & engage with Quality/Process/Tools teams on escalations and queries.
• Engage with IT/Process/Technology teams to improve / enhance existing tools, processes.
• Attend Process and Tools, IT, Quality and WIP Global meetings as a representative for engineering on roadmaps for new developments
• Contributed to resolving issues, addressing concerns, and sharing knowledge within the PE team.
• Have excellent knowledge of all services supported by the Project Engineering Team
• Have excellent messaging and Communication skills a requirement.

• Managed Tier1, Tier2, and Tier3 projects with a focus on delivery best quality and SLA for the customer.
• Collaborated with project managers to identify customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Managed software configurations to meet detailed technical criteria.
• Always ensure the process implemented deliver the good and right quality services/product to the customers.
• Set up and configure non-standard hardware, write and implement diagnostics patches, write detailed manufacturing instructions to integrate customer requirements into the standard Dell manufacturing process.
• Recognizes, troubleshoots, analyzes problems, recommends solutions and drives to root cause.
