1. Field Operations & Crop Management

- Supervise daily field activities including planting, pruning, fertilizing, weeding and harvesting.

- Monitor tree health and implement pest, disease and nutrient management programs.

- Assist in managing and supervising field workers, mandors and contractors.

• Supervise and manage all aspects of farm production to ensure high-quality durian cultivation, including planting, pruning, harvesting, and post-harvest processing.
