During this project, criticality ranking of an equipment was derived based on RBI methodology developed by DNV. Baseline thickness survey was carried out on critical components as identified by RBI study and the overall results were commissioned into CARIGALI’s Inspection Data Acquisition and Management System (IDAMS) database.
- At the final stage of the project, a CMP document which contains a defined inspection schedule and relevant corrosion monitoring & mitigation activities based on risk was developed.
