  • The backup system will be using a tape library system which consist of 8 slots for tape storage with the LTO-5 system and it consist of 2TB storage space in a single tape
  • There will be incremental backups for Monday evening till Thursday evening and full backups on Friday evening till Sunday evening
  • These policies were set to not disturb the productivity of the users
  • Snapshots from Netbotz were taken once you access to the server room with 5 clicks and store into the local storage (SATA)
  • These snap copies will be stored for 3 months then it will be wiped off due to the lack of storage space
  • Environment detection- Netbotz can detect the leakage of liquid, temperature of the room to avoid water vapour, etc
  • Power backup- The server room will have UPS Power Backup from Schneider Electric which can provide 1 hour of power supply to the IT equipment in the Server Room to ensure a proper shutdown/downtime to avoid system crash or equipment failure
