• Develop, execute and implement comprehensive Master Supply Plan to ensure optimal product availability, manage inventory levels, and support overall business objectives.
• Evaluate and manage production capacity and resource availability to ensure that manufacturing capabilities meet forecasted demand.
• Oversee inventory levels of raw materials to ensure that production requirements are met without excess inventory holding or stockouts.

• Proactively manage supply risks and impact of disruptor on production such as demand fluctuations, component shortages, logistics issues, supplier issues or other.
• Ownership of material planning issues including material shortages which may arise, undertake and/or collaborate with stakeholders on relevant actions.
• Ensure material scheduling strategy and processes are in place and work effectively in order to ensure material supply meets production requirements with optimum inventory and safety stock levels in consideration of supply chain risks.
• Ensure strategic and operational information, reports, and metrics are available to share with others in the business as and when required.
• Implement all processes to agreed standards and targets and support continuous improvement initiatives, identifying areas of improvement.
• Work closely with Regional Supply Planning Manager & hub Planning Manager to deploy the strategy and plans within the region.
• Work closely with cross-functional team in delivering New Project Introduction (NPI) and meeting the timeline.
• Work closely with Planners to ensure alignment with business objectives and the master supply plan.
• Ensure the right collaboration with demand management/planning team, manufacturing, procurement, logistics & Finance.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to production planners, sharing best practices and offering support to enhance their skills and performance.
• Manage supply planning team of both sites in ResMed Malaysia.

• Responsible for purchasing of raw materials for ResMed Malaysia, incharged US, Europe & Australia region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable supply chains and resolve supplier concerns or issues that may arise.
• Place purchase orders based on production schedules, inventory levels, and demand forecasts.
• Coordinate with suppliers to schedule timely deliveries and manage lead times.
• Address and resolve any issues related to delivery delays, damaged goods, or discrepancies in orders.
• Prepare reports on purchasing activities ie: supplier performance, and inventory status.
• Responsible for ResMed Malaysia production planning from end to end for Headgear products to ensure good quality of Finished Goods being delivered on-timely manner to customers.
• Validation and delivery of material requirements plan incorporating planning parameters, lead times and inventory policies and ensuring capacity plans are in alignment to materials forecasts.
• Ensure engineering change notes are managed and actioned timely with no impact to production due to delays.
• Schedule supply of materials/components to meet production requirements and safety stock levels.
• Monitor and control inventory levels against agreed target levels.
• Review of safety stocks, MOQ's and pack sizes on a periodic basis.
• Working with Production Planners in achieving Objective Key Result (OKR) that has been set by Planning Manager.
• Writing new Work Instruction and/or updating current ones which deem necessary to ensure tasks are being performed in accordance to company’s standards and for continuous improvements. This is specifically for Planning team & generally supporting other stakeholders.

• Responsible for Logistics and Warehouse operations for ResMed Malaysia site, lead a team of 12 members of Logistics & Warehouse.
• Manage and oversee inventory levels to ensure optimal stock. Monitor stock levels, conduct regular audits, and reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and system records. This includes tracking stock movements, conducting regular inventory counts, and reconciling discrepancies.
• Analyze forecast demand to determine reorder points and quantities. Establish materials reorder process from 3PL to factory & vice versa to ensure timely and cost-effective replenishment of raw materials and subassemblies to production.
• Optimize warehouse layout and storage space to maximize efficiency. Organize inventory and manage shelf space to facilitate easy access and retrieval..
• Overall coordination between 3PL, internal Warehouse, Planning & Production team in ensuring good flow supply of materials to production.
• Working with 3PL to ensure all materials movements are in accordance to plan and inventories are accounted for to ensure smooth flow of materials at all stage of supply chain.
• Managing onsite equipment ie: Walkie Stacker, Order Picker & pallet jacks. Ensure that equipment is in good working condition and that repairs are handled promptly
• Attend to contractors that engaged in Warehouse related activities.
• Manage the shipping and receiving process, including the inspection of incoming and outgoing goods. Ensure accuracy in shipments and timely processing of orders
• Set departmental KPIs and reviewed ongoing performance of direct reports to meet business objectives.
• Responsible for people management, planning and organization of deliverables and actively developing a team culture.
• Implement, manage & be accountable for ensuring logistics and warehouse activities are compliance to all aspects of safety.
• Continuously assess warehouse operations and implement improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.

• Responsible for ResMed Malaysia Production planning.
• Responsible for purchasing of raw materials and expediting deliveries from suppliers.
• Review weekly 12-18 months rolling sales forecast and drive the generated supply plan for delivery to ResMed Malaysia according to inventory strategy.
• Partner with demand planning, supply planning, sales and marketing and various teams to optimize supply plan, expedite delivery to mitigate out of stocks risk, minimize obsolescence and prioritize production with alignment with respective stakeholders.
• Key supply contact for ensuring stock availability for new product launches, new supply strategy for customers.
• Implement system or process improvement initiatives to drive efficiency in supply/materials planning.
• Collaborate with freight forwarder to achieve on time delivery to factories (raw materials) & to customers for Finished Goods.
• Responsible for complex fulfilment and production plans including new product launches, may be embedded with project or leadership teams.
• Review and revise production and fulfilment plans as required by changes in the sales forecast or manufacturing schedules.
• Continuously review the sales forecast, analyzes production plans and inventory reports, availability / requirements for long lead time items to provide production guidance to the manufacturing sites.
• Managing Finished Goods shipment to customers.
• Liaised with Custom Department for Licensed Manufacturing & Warehousing (LMW) monthly and annual reportting.
• A key person during initial setup of ResMed Malaysia - setting up planning, logistics & inventory flow during initial phase of production.
• Established method of materials kitting from warehouse to production, setting up KANBAN for sub-assy items.
• working with Factory manager in setting up 3PL service provider for ResMed Malaysia, 80% involvement on LMW application , 20% involvement on MIDA applications.
• Qualified as Internal Auditor for ResMed Malaysia.

• Responsible on entire planning, production capacity, manpower and materials availability for production.
• Developed scheduling systems, formulated production plans that optimized output against target & ensuring plan is achieved as per target.
• As a coordinator between Customer Service, Production, Quality team, Manufacturing Engineering, R&D, Materials team (Warehouse & Purchasing) and Shipping team.
• Responsible on planning end for NPI from prototype run to mass production.
• Responsible for purchasing of raw materials from Asia region suppliers in and purchasing of raw materials for CanStack Technology.
• Responsible for sub-con lines supplying one of sub-assemblies to support main lines requirements in the factory.

• Materials planning between factories of Medical GE, SMT, Graco.
• Ensuring no line stoppage due to shortage of materials.

• Responsible on BOM : is entered with appropriate materials requirements as per engineering/products specification.
• Planning for materials allocations & ensuring materials availability as per production plan.
• Responsible for Transfer Price availability between Malaysia & Japan factories by coordinating with Japan & Singapore office for unit price readiness & transferring the firmed prices to Malaysia and Singapore system.
