•Establish and maintain professional relationships with specialist consultants at KPJ, Pantai Hospital, Prince Court, and other healthcare facilities across Malaysia.
•Target and collaborate with specialists in Orthopedics, Rehabilitation, Physiology, Neurology, and Nephrology.
•Work with healthcare platforms such as BookDoc to improve service delivery and expand patient access.
•Coordinate with various hospitals to ensure smooth and efficient patient referrals to specialists.
•Support marketing and outreach efforts to increase awareness and usage of healthcare services among patients.
•Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of partnerships with specialists and hospitals to ensure high standards of care.
•Organize events, meetings, and forums to promote collaboration between hospitals, specialists, and healthcare platforms.
•Ensure all necessary documentation, agreements, and compliance procedures are followed for partnerships.
•Assists with developing strategies to grow current and future markets. Develops relationships, provider excellent customer services and educates referral sources and the public on URMC continuum of services.
•Obtains accurate market information and present clear details and analysis to the marketing, sales & branding team. Identifies new business opportunities, develops relationship with business opportunities and assists with the negotiation of terms.
The Managed Care Coordinator is responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient handling of General Liability (GL) patient cases, from admission through to the resolution of coverage or claims. The coordinator will follow up on admitted GL patients to obtain necessary approvals, address declined claims, and liaise with consultants to ensure that all required documentation is submitted accurately and promptly.
The Front Office Admission Coordinator is responsible for managing the admission process for patients, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and welcoming experience for patients upon arrival. This role involves handling patient registration, verifying insurance details, processing admissions, and ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and entered into the system accurately. The coordinator plays a key role in providing excellent customer service and supporting patients through their admission process.
