• Boiler Maintenance focus on high pressure (HP) and high temperature (HT) area at Thermal Coal, Oil & Gas Fired:-
• Responsible in planning and execution on boiler pressure parts maintenance works, involved with DOSH inspection for renew Certificate of Fitness (CF) or extension of boiler CF.
• Incorporate maintenance & engineering policies and strategies for effective outage planning execution based on KEV transformation, OEM and regulatory requirements.
• Handling of crisis management including work recovery planning and RCA action plan. Administering crisis master list, RCA monitoring and tracking.
• Identify technical risks, develop mitigation plan and ensure effective implementation of risk activities related to maintenance and engineering .
• Manage effective planning, procurement and utilization of materials and services.
• Boiler tube assessment and replacement works (i.e Economizer tube, Furnace tube, Heat recovery area tube, Primary superheater tube, Divison wall superheater tube, Platen superheater tube, Final superheater tube, Boiler steam drum and Headers)
• Boiler Soot Blower
• Valves
• High Pressure Turbine Bypass Hydraulic system
• Compressor and airline system
• Unfired Pressure Vessel (UPV)

• Boiler Maintenance focus on boiler combustion system at Thermal Coal, Oil & Gas Fired:-

• Spare parts management

• Resolved critical issues on Mills roller bearing failure by developed Mill Integrity Program (revise mill maintenance schedule, smart planning on spare parts and upgrade material on critical spares. Mill failure reduced to 80%
