My professional journey began through entrepreneurship—running my own online business from 2016 to 2018. This experience gave me first-hand insight into customer service, order processing, inventory management, and problem-solving, all of which built a solid foundation in self-management and communication.
In 2024, I joined Goodtime Bistro Sdn. Bhd. as a Receptionist, where I welcomed guests, handled inquiries, and coordinated bookings, all while ensuring smooth daily front-desk operations. This role further sharpened my interpersonal skills and taught me the importance of teamwork and professionalism in a customer-facing environment.
