- Taking lead of several high runner product on RF testing under NPI.
- Sustain yield during testing - data analytic troubleshoot to root cause and improve the yield by performing self initiative DOE.
- Schedule, manage and assign machine & lot testing to ensure shipment is able to delivered based on customer schedule.
- Take responsibility to ensure all the process is in correct procedure - follow up on incoming lot which started IQC and taking full control of RF testing & taping section and follow up the AOI section till shipment progress
- Troubleshooting on in house RF tester and Handler (Impala & Hontech)
- Leading 1 management trainee and assistant engineer to drive 2 high runner products.
- Assigned few project to drive during NPI stage to increase OEE, efficiency, UPH during production phase.
