Team lead of one of the "on-the-node" products. Collaborated with colleagues on various product execution and improvement projects, sharing knowledge and expertise while working together towards common objectives. Successfully brought up the product from engineering stage to the end of qualification stage within 8 months.

Similar job scopes as previous role, main difference was shifting focus to reliability testing stage of NAND products instead of memory testing stage. Co-led several projects to plan, execute, examine and evaluate various NAND reliability tests.

In charge of handling the execution and development of several products, as well as participated in several product/process improvement projects. These improvement efforts included (1) failure analysis and machine learning model prediction to improve yield and test time of new products; (2) automation software tools creation using Python to simplify and speed up daily tasks of product engineers, especially data collection and data analysis tasks.
