- Define & design 5 (five) product types under LMS with different nature in accounting treatments and system configurations. Managed to perform this stage within timeline with just 2 technical supports & an assistant in my team. The product types are as follows: 1. External Loan 2. Federal Loan 3. Relending Loan 4. Domestic Loan 5. State Advances
- Reviewed all 150 Functional Specs (FS) 350 Scenarios ID in a month. Saving the organization approximately 14 man-days & 112 hours from the initial timeline.
- Monitor a total of 150 LMS users at one time during Provisional Acceptance Test (PAT).
- There were 150 processes that have been automated by LMS in order to minimize human error in daily posting transactions and reducing relatively 80% of workload of LMS users.
- Automated & verification of loan transactions via LMS for example; Disbursement Transactions reduced the time frame from 7 days to only 1 day. Saved up approximately 6 man-days & 48 hours per transactions.
- Building a two-way system integration between LMS & Sistem Pengurusan Kawalan Pinjaman Elektronik (eSPKP) to remove 100 redundant data processing which was used to be keyed in by users in 2 different systems at 2 different agencies. LMS integration developed 25 IDD for inbound and outbound integration with eSPKP.
- Translating the accrual posting transactions into a cash mapping program to make sure every posting made in accrual based are translated into a cash based accounting reports via Job Schedule Management on a daily basis.
- Verified before & after upload of 1,244 loans balances for data migration in excel format to be pushed into LMS within 5 days. Both during Mock Run Data Migration & Live Data Migration.
- LMS has minimal issues in production logged by users in SOLMAN. As of to-date which is approximately 7 months after went live, there were less than 50 issues logged by users. Issues logged in SOLMAN are solved in less than 3 days inclusive of fixing & transportation to production server.
- Received Team of the Month Award in November 2017 from Consultant Company.
- Changed the External Loan Currency Rate used by MOF from fixed rate to fluctuates rate as per agreements when I was in BPOPA. Saved Federal Government relatively RM 1.2 billion in repayments term.
- Outperformed KPI of 500 companies per year to be inspected in Unclaimed Money Act division by inspected relatively 620 companies in 2011 & 2012.
- System administrator of Sistem Pengurusan Kawalan Belanjawan Elektronik (eSPKB), eTerimaan, dan ePenyata Gaji & Laporan for 3000 users from Accounting Office & Agencies in Sabah.
