
I possess almost 30 years of hotel working experience in Malaysia and United Kingdom. I possess a master's degree of MSc in Operations and Services Management from The Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen, Scotland UK, (2003) and graduated from Mara Institute of Technology with a Diploma in Tourism Management (1994). I am well expose in managing all aspects of the entire hotels' operation from Rooms and Housekeeping Management to Food & Beverage Operations, also in the area of Sales and Marketing. Considering having adept knowledge in finance and accounting especially when it comes to preparing budget, deriving the revenue, controlling the cost and subsequently determining the profit and loss. Describing further, I possess strong leadership and decision-making skills and very enthusiast individual whom willing to contribute knowledge and expertise that will benefits both parties. Customer-oriented General Manager with 30 years of experience focused on increasing revenues and expanding margin. Adaptive and deadline-oriented consistently executes and completes multiple projects in high-stress environments.
