Summary

As Head of Asia operations with Virtalis, the task was not only engaged with Virtalis channel partners across Asia but have been making a good relationship with the end users as well (through the channel partners). Virtalis need us to be an advisor to the end users given the different pain points, capabilities, and experienced that customers have to start their digital transformation journey. These are all critical to get their trust and confidence when dealing with Virtalis, not to mention various cultures and work ethics across multiple countries (from Japan in the east to Middle East nations). The approach Virtalis took was to be the end users' team in their digital transformation journey, position myself as solution advisors and not the salesman that want to push Virtalis products. Virtalis organized weekly meeting with channel partners to identify these criteria:

-Potential and targeted clients - Win probability on the prospects in the pipeline - Making contact and engagement with the inside champion on prospects side - Providing a case study that a similar or suitable for prospects - If it is necessary, part of the job was to travel to prospect's site with channel partners for demo and details discussion (base on win probability results) I am detail-oriented team player with strong organizational skills. As I'm responsible for operations in Asia, I have learned and managed to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy. I believe that I am an organized and dependable candidate successful at managing multiple priorities with a positive attitude. I am result driven and willing to take on added responsibilities to meet team goals.
