• Maintaining equipment to support Manufacturing requirements
  Completing equipment Preventative Maintenance procedures and processes.
• Responsible for documenting/maintaining records of repairs/Analyzes, documents.
• monitors temperature profiles for wave soldering based on SOP
  Creating Operator Process Documentation for Machine Operation
  Communicating with equipment operators.
• Prepares and processes PCB’s through flux machine and wave solder machine. Inspects PCB’s for defects pre and post wave and corrects any defects prior to delivery for assembly process.
  
• De-drosses or removes contaminates from top of solder pots.
• Performs light cleaning and maintenance of wave solder equipment.
• Follows appropriate hazardous material practices in handling and disposal of lead used in wave solder process.
• Updates and maintains Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) binder for department.
• Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
  Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
• Accomplishes department objectives by supervising staff and organizing and monitoring work processes.
• Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees and developing personal growth opportunities.
• Perform duties as instructed by your Team Lead such as request overtime according schedule and request chemical for solder process.
