- Develop "Auto Depaneling Process" after Unit Singulation to replace man power and ESD prevention.
- Perform Kaizen to modify the equipment design which can reduce the defect rate of the product.
- Perform Poka Yoke on the system control to prevent expired material has been used .
- Propose E-Transaction system to replace hardcopy and auto generate qualification report.
- Propose RMS system to manage the recipe systematic.
