• Define and execute the regional business unit strategy for resposible business unit products in South East Asia, aligned with company strategy, market priorities, and long-term growth objectives.
• Translate strategic priorities into clear business plans, annual budgets, forecasts, and action plans for countries and sub-regions.
Financial & Performance Management
• Hold Sales Company's financial responsibility for the WIFH Business Unit in South East Asia, including revenue, gross margin, cost control, and working capital.
• Monitor financial performance closely, analyze deviations, and implement corrective actions to ensure achievement of financial targets.
• Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and disciplined financial governance.
Sales, Market & Customer Development
• Lead and optimize sales, key account management, and business development activities across the region.
• Drive market expansion by identifying new applications, segments, and growth opportunities, including pricing and value-based selling strategies. • Strengthen customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
Operational Excellence & Governance
• Ensure consistent execution of sales processes, opportunity management, forecasting, and performance reviews across countries.
• Drive continuous improvement in ways of working, efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration with Service, Supply, and other Business Units.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, including ethics, compliance, risk management, and sustainability requirements.
People Leadership & Organizational Development
• Lead, develop, and coach managers and senior leaders within the organization, building a strong leadership pipeline.
• Ensure the organization structure, competencies, and resources are fit for current and future business needs.
• Foster a high-performance culture aligned with company values, leadership expectations, and diversity & inclusion principles.
Stakeholder & Matrix Collaboration
• Act as a key regional interface towards global Business Unit leadership, regional management teams, and other Divisions.
• Collaborate closely with Service, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations to deliver integrated customer solutions.
