Handling inbound call center, WhatsApp message and walk-in customers.
Responding or making follow-up to customers to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or business.
Process orders, refunds, exchanges, forms, application and filing
Responding promptly and efficiently to distributors or customers inquiries, explaining company’s policies and procedures together with possible solutions, to help the customers feel supported and valued.
Building relationship with distributors or customers and listening to their feedbacks or concerns to improve distributors and customer retention.
Providing recommendations or upselling products or business solutions that may better suit distributors’ or customers’ needs.
Identify and escalate issues to department manager
Perform other duties pertaining to the job requirements.
Assist warehouse department handle problematic delivery parcel, contact customer for verification
Supporting in Sales and Marketing events or activities when needed
