Assist the training manager in training needs analysis and course development

Evaluate the safety training needs of employees in various departments of the hotel, including fire safety, food safety, occupational health, etc.

Safety training organization and implementation

Organize new employees' safety training to ensure that employees are familiar with the hotel's safety regulations and operating procedures.

Regularly arrange safety skills training for employees, such as first aid training, fire drills, crisis handling simulations, etc.
Safety behavior supervisor

Through observation and assessment, evaluate the safety behavior performance of employees, and give improvement suggestions to the training manager.
Safety awareness culture construction

Organize safety theme activities, such as "Safety Month" and "Safety Knowledge Competition", to enhance employees' safety awareness.

Promote safety culture, so that the concept of safety can penetrate into the daily operation of the hotel, and form an atmosphere where all employees pay attention to safety.
Performance evaluation and improvement

Collect training feedback data, analyze the effectiveness of safety training, and continuously optimize the training content.

Monitor the incidence of safety incidents, evaluate the impact of training on reducing safety risks, and adjust training strategies.
