Monitor on site HSE procedures implementation. Conduct Risk Assessment, HAZOP, HIRARC & site Inspection & Investigation. Ensure Contractors comply to 9 LSR, HSE rules & regulation AS stipulated by Client.

• Monitor Safety Critical activities during PTA Block 1,2,3 (U-1000,U-2000, U-3000, U-4000, U-5000) lifting activities, Hot Work, Spading, Scaffolding, WAH, Confine space entry (Vessel 7001-04)& facilitate with operation pre-taining to operational matter and construction work activities. Attend Tool box on site GZW walk around, daily surveillance at worksite, Civil works activities, Review JMS and JHA, LMRA and advise contractor comply to IOGP-CSSS and update on HSE report system.

• Monitor Safety Critical activities on site for Tank-1,2,10,11 lifting activities, Confine space & facilitate with operation pre-taining fuel discharge from ship and construction work activities. Attend Tool box and daily surveillance for Fabrication yard, Hot work activities, POME Gantry drain-cleaning, Civil works bund wall, Bitumen tank new bellows installation & stump pipe support. Review JMS and JHA advise contractor to comply with IOGP-CSSS and update on Arteak HSE report system.

• Prepare and facilitate SSP, HAZID, HAZOP, Risk assessment, ACT, HSE Performance KPI, Statistic, HSE Plan & Pre-mob briefing. Liaise with Project Engineer, Wells CSE, Project CSR and commissioning team (start-up) Liaise with DOSH on HSE requirement on OSHA 94 & FMA 1967. Internal quality assurance and audit review. Review HSE Procedure and HSEMS and share HSE Alert as required by Shell. Liaise with Construction Engineer / Planner. Liaise with DOSH/JKPP on updated pertaining Safety rules & regulations.

• Prepare and facilitate HAZID, HAZOP, Risk assessment, UCUA, HSE Performance KPI, Statistic, HSE Plan & Pre-mob briefing. Report to Project Manager onsite related hazards. Liaise with DOSH on HSE legal requirement OSHA 94 & FMA 1967. Internal quality assurance and management audit review. Liaise with DOSH/JKPP and DOE on any updated pertaining Safety rules & regulations.

• Monitor Rig HSE case, Daily HOC Report, Weekly Safety Meeting, update Stop card and liaise with Barge Master on Safety Equipment onboard, Update OIM on daily progress report at Rig Floor, Mud pit area, Warehouse and Deck Cantilever Safety. Monitor confine space entry and Heavy Lifting onsite, Jacking and update Barge Master on Incoming and outgoing crew. Conduct weekly safety meeting for HSE performance and KPI.

• Deepwater Gumusut Kakap Project Surveillance, Site Safety Inspection & Quality control services (Offshore) – FPSO. Monitoring of HSE on all specific procedures, HSEMS, HAZOP, HAZID, Safety Campaigns, monitor diving operation on daily basis and implement of safety risk analysis. PTW and JHA review onsite implementation based on 12 LSR compliances, Coaching on Confine space entrance procedures and air ventilation inlet & outlet manholes, Gas Test requirement for Hotwork activities, Heavy Lift 20” Container, Working at Height (WAH) and Hull entrance monitoring. Liaise with Operation, CSU Manager and Vendor on PTW and Training competency required and attend Toolbox Talk & HSE Committee meeting.

• Prepare and facilitate SSP, HAZID, HAZOP, Risk assessment, ACT, HSE Performance KPI, Statistic, HSE Plan & Pre-mob briefing. Report to HSSE Lead Engineer on any related hazards activities. Liaise with Project Engineer, Wells CSE, Project CSR and commissioning team (start-up) Liaise with DOSH on HSE requirement on OSHA 94 & FMA 1967. Internal quality assurance and audit review. Review HSE Procedure and HSEMS and share HSE Alert as required by Shell. Liaise with Construction Engineer / Planner. Liaise with DOSH/JKPP on updated pertaining Safety rules & regulations.

• Trainer and coaching syllabus in class for Basic Sea Survival, Huet with EBS, Fire Fighting & Self rescue. Course Leader and ensure participant understand basic Safety requirement prior to go offshore. Observed and Coaching practical training ensure participant comply and passed and comply with IMO standard and Seafarer requirement (STCW).

• Barge hygiene inspection & Site Surveillance. Liaise with CSR on ERT Organization and focal point for Emergency response for Marine & Construction Safety. Liaise with diving superintendent on diving activities and underwater jacket leg blasting & cleaning.
