• Oversaw every phase of supply chain, from forecast, purchase order to delivery to invoicing, require to meet up with customer and involve in quarterly business review with selected key customers.

• Actively involve in inventory planning strategy, oversee require inventory level to support key customer consignment project and provide analysis and suggestion for blanket order with aim in mind maximize company saving base on discount rate and reduce issuance of purchase order.

Recycle Material Management

• In charge of Asia (2 Plant) overall Recycle material. Prepare monthly projection plan for each MPS version to management for cost analysis & coordinate recycle material shipment between sites to minimize inventory holding cost.
• Work with Operation, Engineer, Program Manager to establish rework ratio for each program and responsible to keep the Recycle inv at desire level
• EOL (End of life) Recycle Projection done base on What If scenario analysis. Drive appropriate recycle strategy to ensure minimal exposure
• To work with Procurement & Program Manager to send require material to supplier for rework and to follow up for it's shipment back on time to support operations

MPS (Master Production Schedule) Planning Coordinator

• To work with MPS team (Long term Planning) and Tactical PC (Short term Planning) to ensure smooth transition of Planning process from Short term to Long term
• To work with IE/AME (Advance Mechanical Engineer/NPI (New Product Introduction) Eng/ NPI PC for capacity plan which cover tooling conversion to support commit per MPS demand.
• Perform capacity / Material checking and then in charge on final commit
• To work with Headquarter Supply team to understand the market demand fluctuation and prioritize customer order base on their request.

Revenue Management

• Coordinate with Industrial Engineer, Product Engineer, Operation and Test Maintenance to achieve weekly pack out requirement. Weekly meeting to follow up and ensure company revenue target met
• Conduct weekly conference call with marketing in US to discuss all delivery related issue.
• Follow up material delivery status with Material Planner / buyer from China and coordinate with shipping department for any urgent material delivery.
• To ensure all finished goods are ship to customer base on agree schedule ship date. To consistently ensure Order Promise Date met per KPI target.
• Prepare Master Production Schedule for whole factory base on forecast file received from marketing to enable planning of resources for all other department.
• To work with Industrial Engineer to allocate capacity base on forecast and order that require for each model in the master production schedule.
• To participate/discuss/commit in monthly S&OP (Sales & Operation Planning) meeting to discuss on NPI(New Product Introduction) progress and sales status from marketing/Demand Planning to establish official S&OP report.

Inventory Management

• To review, monitor and work with Planners to convert excess finished goods to shippable part. Planner will review aging FG parts and convert to useable FG to reduce inventory holding cost and meet the sales revenue target
• Inventory control on raw material. To work with Material’s team to proactively reschedule out material delivery schedule in the cases of order less than forecast; To expedite/pull in material in the cases of demand upsides or during urgent pull in request from sales.

Production Control

• Follow up and ensure sufficient job order loading and kitting to support operation.
• Work with Production, Engineering and Program Manager to ensure Job order closure within the agreed time frame.

• Commit monthly sales target and drive all necessary to achieve the target.
• In charge on ramp up for new product launching and in charge on ramp down for any end of life product.
• Prepare and present Quarterly Business Presentation to customer and top management
• PIC for factory main Key Performance Indicator (KPI) such as shipment accuracy, order responsiveness and confirm to request
• Follow up material delivery status and track production order status base on plan delivery date given in ERP system. Coordinate internally with all departments to ensure shipments are delivering on time to customer.

• Scheduling shipment for every customer include local and overseas
• Prepare Monthly Production Requirement & Monthly Material Requirement
• Prepare Production Job order, Oven Color Schedule and calculation on Oven Operating Ratio
• Ensure on time delivery of every shipment to meet the pick up dateline
• To commit monthly sales target and drive all necessary to achieve it.
