- Lead E2E Supply Chain activities - from product development, fulfilment strategy definition, proto/pilot build, factory readiness and distribution centre launching
- Collaborate with PMO lead to set up the project timeline for the new product at development stage until product release phase.
- Plan & drive schedule for product release to meet release to market date. Manager resource, capacity, equipment support resolution to accomplish project per timeline for engineering run & Mass production validation run
- Manage EMS and JDM/ODM suppliers cost and proto/ pilot/ seedstock build activities (working along side with R&D, Category Management, Outsourcing and various functional teams)
- Drive and conduct project review sessions with core team members (primarily Product Management, PMO, Outsourcing Managers and 3rd party suppliers)
- Ensure all the required systems (e.g. product Orderability, system BOM, demand loading and etc) are set-up, parts qualified and compulsory documentations completion ahead of launch
- Plan and manage material readiness activities for seedstock and ramp demand to ensure no supply risk upon product launch
- Represent Supply Chain team's interests in the core team
- Own NPI cost deliverables encompassing direct material, conversion cost, tooling/ equipment amortization, taxes, freight and distribution channels spend
- Collaborate with R&D and Category Management teams to complete the SOW/ Product Addendum content and sign-off with outsource suppliers (EMS or ODM suppliers)
- Work with cross-functional teams to drive/support streamlining and improvement initiatives
- Lead NPI program Manufacturing Strategy activities prior to supplier selection and awarding
- Plan, secure and control program budget Capital and Expense spend (e.g. new piece part tooling, fixtures and equipment investment)
