-Collaborating with the team in Singapore and Hong Kong to correspond with respective claim handlers, agents, brokers or the Insured themselves for documents needed.
-Negotiating settlements with parties at fault and their Insurers.
-Proactively seek for follow-ups from our panel solicitors based in Singapore and Hong Kong for matters assigned.
-Occasionally providing updates to the Employee Compensation Claims Manager in Singapore and Hong Kong.
-Managing claim files by ensuring proper documentation and keeping a record of all recovery efforts.
-Drafting opinions by providing legal advice in relation to Third-Party Bodily Injuries (TPBI) and Property Damage (PD) based on the Compendium of Personal Injury Awards (PIR) to Insurers.
-Researching current and past legal cases to be used in opinions.
-Preparing witness statements for cases and other supporting documents that solicitors may use for reference or for filing to court.
