・ To manage the tender project is completed within its projected budget.
・To prepare/ forecast the cost of the different materials need for the project.
・To track changes to the design and/ or fit-out work and adjusting budget projections
accordingly.
・Prepare work order for services of subcontractors who work on the construction of the project.
・To do sourcing fit-out materials as per project requirement and to do price comparison before finalising
・To prepare project progress & completion claim and list out variation order works.

• Assist in Manage pre-contract processes with inter departments, consultants and tenderers
• To handle both design & build purchasing and control the overall budget
• To do sourcing for materials, lighting, system furniture, loose furniture etc as per designer's spec
• To manage sub contractor and supplier and prepare claim for them
• To control on each project margin and profit
