• Achieved highest sales (USD$48 million) in year 2022 and maintained the revenue until now.
• Managed to secure 6 months raw materials physically in house & supplier site to minimized the interruption of Covid-19.
• Air shipment surge up during pandemic period. Reduced monthly air shipment from 97% to less than 5% within 9 months. Start to see result from 6th month.
• Re-organized and coach the CS and planning team to address the high demand loading and aggressive delivery schedule.
• Re-form the NPI and Engineering team to be more focus and effective to launch 6 new projects and mass production in F21/22.

• I had learned a lot of basic process & NPI engineering skill during my tenure in ASE/ Flextronics. Such as 8 step problem solving skill, process mapping, GR&R, CPK and NPI management. The most valuable experience I gained was how to run an operation for camera module from sawing, SMT, Die Attach, Wire bonding, Inspection, Encapsulation, Housing, DTFS, Focusing Testing and ME Inspection.
• Housing gap issue – Resolve it by designed a shim spring jig to depress the housing for oven process.
• Successfully transfer & launch 3 products from China to Penang within 6 months.
• Re-design the focusing & final test tester for stability & robustness
• Re-design & standardize the test jig for various size product to reduce conversion time.
