• OSS (operation support system) planning and management for network/service monitoring, inventory management, work-flow process digitalization [scope from 2015 to 2021]
• Certified trainer and ambassador for Transformational Leadership Program, and Maxis culture value to conduct training classes in Maxis

• Responsible for mobile network architecture (core, transport and radio) including annual operating plan, planning, technology trials, tender and bring-into-service.
• Radio technology and new feature trials, evaluation and introduction of new radio network vendor.
• Business case, planning and tender to modernize core platforms (voice/data core, HLR)

Responsible for transmission access network and radio network annual operating plan, planning, coverage and quality optimization scopes.

• Responsible for wireless broadband radio development (3G, WiMAX, Femto) including technology trial, spectrum plan, network roadmap, cost model and initial phase of commercial launch.
• Part of Maxis Leadership Development Engine (talent development program)

Responsible for 3G and wireless broadband (WBB) network development and to ensure successful commercial launch. Overall development scope including spectrum strategy, network cost modeling, business case, technical specifications, leads tender projects, contract negotiation, performance KPIs, leads pilot network design and implementation, planning/design for initial commercial rollout phases.

Established nationwide optimization team and consolidated optimization methodology across the regions. Started as optimization engineer and promoted to team lead in 1997.
