• Developed, trained, coached and assessed on Nestlé TPM SHE Pillar for manufacturing facilities in the middle-east region.
• Advocated, collaborated, trained, facilitated, and set up Nestlé HSE matrix organisation for sustainable embedment of HSE expertise in middle east region comprising of 33 operating sites in 13 countries with diverse HSE capability and competency, and challenging geopolitical climate.
• Led team of Loss Prevention Assessors (Zurich Risk Eng’g) to ensure Nestlé fire safety risk assessments are carried out with specific focus on assets risk control and successfully achieved good rating.
• Prepared and presented eight topics on HSE, TQM at state, national and international conferences attended by various organisations in Asia Pacific region.
