  • Reviews and analyses complex situations, pattern of fraudulent and suspicious trends, measures impact of those trends in order to find solutions of mitigating and preventing fraudulent activities
  • Analyses fraud pattern creates models and updates existing ones to tackle ever changing fraud vectors
  • Works cross-functionally with Risk Engineering to report trends and system loopholes affecting our Risk Product to develop and enhance internal tools for facilitating online safety initiatives
  • Comprehensively documents investigations and maintains high levels of confidentiality while performing investigations
  • Works directly with payment processors, such as PayPal, Payoneer, Alipay, BOI to proactively mitigate risks, analysing financial fraud trends and prevent chargeback
  • Find solutions to mitigate and prevent fraudulent activities
  • Work with stakeholders to report trend and system loopholes and initiate enhancement, preventive measures
  • Recommend to management if fraud detection policies and procedures should be changed to identify new fraudulent schemes arising from new fraud patterns
  • Trains and mentor new starters (agents), creating individual upskilling plan for them and creating training materials
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
