  performance and availability pertaining to IT Facilities, telecommunication & network infrastructure also includes all preventive maintenance planning and scheduling activities

Achievement and Contributions:

• New Factory Infrastructure Deployment work with various team such as Intel Network Team, project main-con. & vendors for smoothing Pelican Project progress. [On-going]
• New Factory 63 SCR Rooms (satelite communication room) building, Switches deployment under different domain (Mfg, Office, Scada and Wireless). [On-going]
• Completed setup Networking for New Data Center for Intel Pelican.

• Installing, configuring, and supporting Cisco, HP and Extreme network equipment including routers, switches which in different network type environment (Office Network, Lab Networks, Production Network and Data Center)
• Network support involves preventative maintenance, hardware break/fix support, add/moves/changes, EOL of routers, switches, and landing / removal of WAN circuits
• Keep the business running in Intel Malaysia (Maintain all the running business to perform Level 0 and Level 1 work in Intel Penang, Kulim include Add & Change of Network port and phone support, resolving request tickets, troubleshooting incidents, project pre, on & works, asset management, escort vendors, conduct WIFI strength test, green light for restricted area access).
• Resource allocation (Provide day to day direction on the job such as ticket assignment, project resource allocation, absent coverage for absent staff, holiday project coverage plan).
• Project management (set schedule target for the on hand projects, guide the team for better understanding of the project, team discussion of the difficulties project).
• Project coordinator (Involve projects with team mate to perform plan, coordinate, schedule, execution and housekeeping on Setup/EOL Cisco switch, router, wireless AP, phones).
• As network project coordinator to meet the customer requirement- Add new installation network, getting quotation from vendor, troubleshoot and maintenance.

Achievements and Contributions:

• Expanding new factory Intel PG7 ATM Factory
• Achieved and successful supporting Data Center and Manufacturing Factory downtime for Switch and Router upgrading. (multiple times in 12 years of services)
• Factory Expansion Brownfield and Greenfield (multiple projects in 12 years services)
• Upgrading Cisco Hardware to enhance capabilities and security (multiple projects in 12 years services)
• Cisco NX-OS Upgrade Project (multiple projects in 12 years services)

• Responsible in Layer 1, Physical layer in OSI layer for Data Communication.
• Network support involves preventative maintenance, hardware break/fix support, add/moves/changes, EOL of routers and switches and landing / removal of WAN circuits.
• Draw, update network diagram + asset direct for the module and switch
• Provide support to ensure replacement equipment is received from vendor and faulty equipment is returned back through vendor RMA process
• Telephony support involves preventative maintenance, hardware Break-Fix, adds/moves/changes, and EOL support covering PBXs, telephone handsets and landing of circuits. The preferred supplier for telephone switching equipment is Nortel, Avaya and Cisco (specifically Cisco Call Manager). Various makes and models of handsets are in operation.
• Telephony support involves preventative maintenance, hardware Break-Fix, adds/moves/changes, and EOL support covering PBXs, telephone handsets and landing of circuits. The preferred supplier for telephone switching equipment is Nortel, Avaya and Cisco (specifically Cisco Call Manager). Various makes and models of handsets are in operation.

• Responsible on computer services such as troubleshooting, home user PC service and industries contracted PC service.
