• Introduce and setup MES Quality related system for ams Osram first fully automated 200mm Wafer Fabrication plant in Kulim, Malaysia. For instance, Lot disposition system, Electronic Failure Catalog, MES reaction system functionalities (hold lot, unscheduled down tool, rerun etc)
• Designed test cases and test scenarios and perform black box testing for MES capabilities introduced and document them in test management system.
• Authored requirement/functional specifications for new/existing MES modules and/or solutions and liaise with developers to develop them in low/no code platform to realize capabilities.
• Performed and presented system capabilities assessments and technical findings and recommendations to key stakeholders with clarity, supporting informed decision-making processes.
• Prepare system training material, train and support plant personnel, including operators, supervisors, and engineers on MES functionalities and best practices.
• Gather requirement from different functional team stakeholders then provide MES-related insights and propose solutions.
• Provide 2nd level support and resolution for MES system incidents.
• Deploy desired modules of MES system planned for start-up site to enable wafer fab to ramp up production and run in seamless manner
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams (middleware etc) to develop integrated systems, optimizing overall performance.

Responsible for user request gathering, documentation, testing, alignment, planning and rollouts. Take responsibility to create and revise test cases and perform testing to ensure error free & work expected before deploy with zero interruption to production floor. Provide off office hours support on day-to-day issues.

Lead and coordinate pre-requisite Oracle 19c migration activity

such as Set Case_Sensitive parameter (across different teams ) & password rehash, testing and configurations. Set up best practice and share to global sites for implementation.

Responsible to analysis team applications database and then perform DB optimization.

Analysis database connection to manage and housekeep schemas. Also, developed PL/SQL store procedure to improved application DB session control.

Be local site Win Server coordinator/admin for MES team.

Responsible take care MES Prod & Test (50 plus) Window Servers. Be part of global Window Server migration and harmonization team. Responsible to plan for Window Server ordering, migration, services installation and documentation. Proposed and initiated server audit process and implemented at other 4 sites.

Involve in new Fabcode projects. Responsible for new Fabcode lot start script testing, rollout and implementation.
