Responsible for the sales function, mainly handling the dealer distribution network by
securing sales orders for the entire range of the Company’s products. Perform regular sales
visits, build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them
and understanding their needs.
Participate in the implementation of Company’s sales strategies and business plans to
strengthen and or expand Company’s customer base and to achieve organizational sales
targets and revenues.

Assist Head of Sales / superior to prepare sales forecasts and budgets and develop region’s
monthly and annual sales targets by projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and
new products; monitor sales volume, revenues and costs against forecasts; and adapt plans to
improve the sales performance of the product.
Attend and resolve customer complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
