  • Delivery order summary. Delivery Information that needs to be entered when making a delivery, such as date, amount, destination, and carrier. Before making delivery, it is necessary to check if there is any remaining quantity for delivery according to PO number and month.
  • Order Processing. Enter order details into DO system or manual, track order status and ensure timely updates.
  • Maintain Records. Perform data entry and organize files to maintain records and enter data in FOCUS 9 or FOCUS 7 to make it easier for us to find available data again.
  • Manage delivery schedules. Always make delivery orders (DO) every day by following daily check sheet. It indirectly records delivery schedule, tracks delivery in progress, and updates status once completed.
  • Attendance and OT. Manage attendance and OT for team members on a daily basis to ensure complete attendance files for HR use.

  • Assist in the onboarding and recruitment process, such as conducting interviews. Review schedules and coordinate interviews with candidates and panels. Also, provide notebooks and T-shirts for onboarding staff and interns.
  • Assist the meal system and keep maintaining meal process implementation. Keep updating the menu on the Online Meal Order System (OMOS) every week and updating caterer quotations for weeks. Provide card meals according to the list name from OMOS and also collect data from staff if they complain about the caterer's problem.
  • Assist with tasks, reporting, and ad hoc
    assignments.
    Making official letters related to
    employees and companies. I collect and
    analyze data on food that employees place
    orders through the Online Food Ordering
    System (OMOS), such as whether that
    employee does not take their food and how
    many days in a month. The task, on the other
    hand, is that the task given by the leader is to
    find an app where people can do their
    presence with 'clock in' and 'clock out'.
  • Handling and Organizing forms. I handled
    forms such as filling in visitor information in the
    Visitor Security Access Form (VSA) to detect
    them entering a specific area, and I also filled
    out a purchase application form (PR) to
    request money from the finance section for the council. For request forms, I organize them
    by department so they can track employee
    records easier.
  • Distribute punch card monthly. Every month, I
    have to distribute punch cards after pasting
    names using sticker papers on the cards and
    dividing them with the department that works
    shifts to track and record the time in and out
    of work.
  • Setting up refreshments for meetings and
    visitors.
    Provide refreshment during the
    meeting and training to keep participants
    fresh and energetic throughout the session,
    such as coffee, tea, water, and snacks.
  • Updating The Thermal System. I updated
    employee data, such as picture, name, and
    employee ID. If they check the temperature,
    their information will come out.
  • Slides and Poster. I make slides and posters for
    upcoming programs such as councils,
    employees' birthdays and many others. I also
    made a Recap 2023 video and teaser for the
    upcoming occasion

  • Make invoice & issue receipt. I make
    invoices for customers so that they pay for the
    goods I sell according to the quantity and
    price set. I also issue a receipt when the buyer

  • Sell Items. I sell goods by going to each store and telling them about the products I sell.

    objections. I also assist customers with
    technical issues, troubleshooting, product
