  • Assist in the onboarding process and recruitment such as conducting interview. I do schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and panels.
  • Assist the meal system and Keep maintaining meal process implementation. Keep updating the menu on the Online Meal Order System (OMOS) every week and updating caterer quotations for weeks. Provide card meals according to the list name from OMOS.
  • Assist with tasks, reporting, and ad hoc assignments. Making official letters related to employees and companies. I collect and analyze data on food that employees place orders through the Online Food Ordering System (OMOS), such as whether that employee does not take their food and how many days in a month. The task, on the other hand, is that the task given by the leader is to find an app where people can do their presence with 'clock in' and 'clock out'.
  • Handling and Organizing forms. I handled forms such as filling in visitor information in the Visitor Security Access Form (VSA) to detect them entering a specific area, and I also filled out a purchase application form (PR) to request money from the finance section for the council. For request forms, I organize them by department so they can track employee records easier.
  • Distribute punch card monthly. Every month, I have to distribute punch cards after pasting names using sticker papers on the cards and dividing them with the department that works shifts to track and record the time in and out of work.
  • Setting up refreshments for meetings and visitors. Provide refreshment during the meeting and training to keep participants fresh and energetic throughout the session, such as coffee, tea, water, and snacks.
  • Updating The Thermal System. I updated employee data, such as picture, name, and employee ID. If they check the temperature, their information will come out.
  • Slides and Poster. I make slides and posters for upcoming programs such as councils, employees' birthdays and many others. I also made a Recap 2023 video and teaser for the upcoming occasion

  • MAKE INVOICE & ISSUE RECEIPT. I make invoices for customers so that they pay for the goods I sell according to the quantity and price set. I also issue a receipt when the buyer has paid for the item ordered by the buyer.

  • Be a backup in areas of sales, support, and services. I have to be ready to support sales teams by handling inquiries, providing product information, assisting with order processing, and addressing customer concerns or objections. I also assist customers with technical issues, troubleshooting, product inquiries, account management, and order tracking.
