Accomplishments

I have competed in a regional CrossFit competitions from 2017-2019. My best finish was 4th placing in Sabah in Master's category


Completed 4 full Marathons between 2011-2013 and had my lifetime best records for 21km in 1 hour and 55 minutes in KL Standard Chartered Marathons in 2011.



Boxing

It's one of the ancient combats.


The raw power of punches and the moves of the body is basically an art in motion.


Simple and effectives.


I train everyday for past 7 years. I train on my own based on my studies from books, movies, matches and clips.


In the beginning of my boxing, i used to train at the Muay Thai gym in Kuala Lumpur before whilst training for Muay Thai.


I fell in love with boxing since then.


I have a home gym that is well equipped for Strength and Conditioning training and boxing.
