- Monitor service availability, generate log / reports / to users;
- Accountable for Data Centers Operations on audits and compliance with the Bank’s policy, standards and procedures and other regulatory requirements;
- Document operational manual, processes and configuration inventory of related component;
- Oversee operations to ensure that policies and procedures are being complied;
- Perform OS installation, system administration, application migration, patches update and maintenance activity
- Troubleshoot problems and work with engineers to ensure problems are resolved in a timely manner
