Achievement as Head of IT in ClientBase

  • Deployed and implemented ITSM system for the company after doing market analysis on existing ITSM systems. FreshService was chosen as the ITSM tools for ClientBase due to it user friendly features.
  • Planned and perform migration from Google Workspace to M365 for ClientBase sister company staff. Successfully migrated 50 accounts for the staff (email and files) and handle onboarding training for M365 for them.
  • Planned and deployed VDI from Azure AVD for Clientbase staff internal usage. Successfully deployed the Azure AVD together with FSlogix profiles for Clientbase staff usage.

Achievement as Technology Specialist in Amdocs

  • Performed VMware ESXi upgrade from version 6.7 to 7.0.3 for 106 HPE servers for the clients. Afterward continuously planned and performed upgrade and patching as necessary for the VMware Cloud Suite that been used by the client.
