- Managing 32 staffs & supervising Front Office operations (Reception, Telephone Operators, Concierge & Rock Royalty -VIP Lounge)
- Responsible for implementing SOPs, organizing and ensuring Front Office training program & activities are effective and consistent
- Maintaining Front Office Team focus on the critical components of operations to drive guest satisfaction
- Reviews guest feedbacks with the team and ensures appropriate corrective actions being taken
- Monitor daily reports such as high balance, maintain guest database, VIP arrivals, etc
- Perform as Senior Management reports to Executive Assistant Manager and responsible for continuous running of the hotel
- Facilitate the implementation & development of solutions with the Housekeeping & Maintenance team on up keeping the hotel
- Involving in controlling the availability of the rooms by implementing revenue & yield management skills on day to day functions of the Front Office department

- Assisting the Executive Assistant Manager in forecasting & preparing rooms revenue report & budget proposal.
