1. Coordinating drivers schedule for collection or any other task and inform the drivers promptly.
2. Ensuring all drivers have appropriate license and up-to-date training and master list is maintained. Equipment and tools stated in Lampiran B is intact and good condition inside the truck.
3. Ensuring vehicles road tax, insurance and PUSPAKOM inspection valid and up-to-date and clear any impending summons promptly.
4. Scheduling regular maintenance on all vehicles, arrangement of urgent or emergency repairs due to breakdown and keep the expenses within the approved budget. Should the expenses exceed the approved budget, then the Logistics & Warehouse executive has to seek additional budget from management
5. Establishing efficient routes and transportation schedules.
6. Monitoring of drivers via radius velocity system to ensure adherence to schedule and proper driving practices.
7. To prepare a packing list, delivery orders and other related documents necessary for the sales process.
8. To conduct the tool box meeting on a daily basis and keep the meeting minutes.
9. To ensure that the assigned workers adhere to the process work instruction, comply with the safety and health instructions and wear PPEs provided.
10. Maintain a good housekeeping at workplace.
11. Employee Engagement - workers' concerns / problems are addressed promptly, if unable to resolve then should be escalated to HR’s attention for remedial action.
12. Providing reports to management on expenses versus budget on monthly basis.
13. Develop methods to decrease cost and improve efficiency.
14. Lead and supervise warehouse workers, including assigning tasks, setting performance expectations, and providing training and development. Monitor staff performance and provide feedback or disciplinary action as needed.
15. Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of scrap materials after segregation and sorting, and e-waste or any type of materials Ensure accurate inventory records are maintained and conduct regular cycle counts and stock audits.
16. Ensure that sales orders are picked, packed, and palletized or stored in jumbo bags neatly, accurately and on time. Coordinate with other departments, such as logistics and sales department, to address any order-related issues.
17. Maintain an organized and clean warehouse, optimizing space utilization and ensuring that products are stored in a safe and efficient manner. Implement and enforce warehouse procedures and best practices.
18. Ensure that all warehouse operations comply with health and safety regulations. Conduct regular safety inspection and awareness training sessions for workers to promote a safe working environment.
19. Oversee the maintenance and proper use of warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks. Daily forklift inspections must be conducted before using the forklift and defects must be addressed promptly and coordinate repairs as needed.
20. Conduct Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control (HIRARC)
21. Participate in implementation of ISMS, QMS, EMS and OHSMS.
22. Other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
