- Maintain and develop the existing SAP security roles and authorizations framework ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
- Interacted with business users for designing the roles and performed integration and unit testing
- Deliver successful SAP Security and Authorizations project work, changes, fixes, SAP environment patches and periodic SAP environment refreshes across all functional areas and environments.
- Analyze SAP Governance, Risk and Compliance across all business areas, with particular emphasis on Access Control

- Troubleshooting security problem by using different scenario such as ST01, SU53, etc to find security issues.
- Used SUIM and security related tables such as AGR_TCODES, AGR_USERS, AGR_1251 , AGR_DEFINE to generate reports.

- Provide 1st and 2nd Level support for IT related issue.
- Define and coordinate the execution of testing procedures, and develop test cases to serve the overall quality assurance process
- Provide documentation of all processes and training as needed
- Perform design, implementation, and upgrades of information systems to meet the business and user needs
- Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance

- Provides 1st Level technical support to users by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining workstation and LAN performance.
