Analyze Non Performing Loan at Regional and Head Office Level, draw action plan and execute for recovery before becoming Bad Debt/Write Off.

  • Recruit Debt Collection Agency(DCA), assign delinquent files and monitor result of each DCA performance.
  • Prompt meeting with under performing DCA to identify root cause and guide for better performance. Decide on termination of DCA if continuous decline of recovery amount.
  • Identify new methodology utilised by DCA industry on precautionary effort to reduce receivables from becoming bad debt and at same time increase recovery of NPL
  • Design new program's to outreach consumer directly to educate importance of non defaultment of payment and open lines of communication for defaulters to do settlement
  • Utilise current strength of social media e.g Facebook, Whatsapp, Tik Tok and etc as tools to disperse the programmes designed for recovery
  • Ensure compliance to Government and statutory bodies e.g KPDNHEP(Kementerian Perdagangan Dalam Negeri dan Hal Ehwal Pengguna), PDPA (Personal Data Protection Authority), Persatuan Pengguna, NGO and etc.
  • Liaise with above agencies on complaints from consumer and resolve disputes promptly in win win situation. Currently, all complaints through channel of KPDNHEP and PDPA are resolved and I have good relationship with officers in Putrajaya
  • Monitor and guide staffs to multitasks within established time frames to achieve objectives cost efficiently
