Analyze Non Performing Loan at Regional and Head Office Level, draw action plan and execute for recovery before becoming Bad Debt/Write Off.

• Recruit Debt Collection Agency(DCA), assign delinquent files and monitor result of each DCA performance.
• Prompt meeting with under performing DCA to identify root cause and guide for better performance. Decide on termination of DCA if continuous decline of recovery amount.
• Identify new methodology utilised by DCA industry on precautionary effort to reduce receivables from becoming bad debt and at same time increase recovery of NPL
• Design new program's to outreach consumer directly to educate importance of non defaultment of payment and open lines of communication for defaulters to do settlement
• Utilise current strength of social media e.g Facebook, Whatsapp, Tik Tok and etc as tools to disperse the programmes designed for recovery
• Ensure compliance to Government and statutory bodies e.g KPDNHEP(Kementerian Perdagangan Dalam Negeri dan Hal Ehwal Pengguna), PDPA (Personal Data Protection Authority), Persatuan Pengguna, NGO and etc.
• Liaise with above agencies on complaints from consumer and resolve disputes promptly in win win situation. Currently, all complaints through channel of KPDNHEP and PDPA are resolved and I have good relationship with officers in Putrajaya
• Monitor and guide staffs to multitasks within established time frames to achieve objectives cost efficiently

• Developed and executed successful business plans that resulted in improved market share and profitability within region consist consist of 10 to 16 branches.
• Boosted brand growth by devising strategic network and marketing tactics using latest marketing channel thru social media.
• Spearheaded market expansion plans by increasing exhibition port and new exclusive agent branches.

• Led a team of 8 branches and one Collection Unit to achieve sales and receivable targets area achieved.
• Open new branches and agent shops for expansion. Plan and arrange field sales activities e.g exhibition and canvassing.
• Plan and execute group receivable activity to visit default payment customer's resident and working/business address to recover arrears payments
• Arrange team to serve reminders, Letter of Demand and Notice of Demand by person to negotiate on payments and also to get latest detail of debtor

• Managed multiple deadlines across several businesses to meet dynamic needs of multiple clients.
• Design audit programme based on client's request and do site visit for audit and detail collection
• Audit encompass risk management, create new SOP or Policy and Procedure
• Review current SOP or Policy and Procedure for amendment to current practice
• Execute in due diligence for client on their expansion or addition of business entity
• Present audit reports to Audit Committee for review and and further repulsive action to reduce loss and increase cost effectiveness

• Field visit branches assigned for audit all over Malaysia inclusive Sabah and Sarawak.
• Conduct physical visit to all agent shops of designated branches to ensure compliance to company policy on receivable, inventory and cash management
• Prepare audit reports with recommendations to improve internal controls and highlight on discerning malpractises
• Performed internal audits of departmental operations at Head Office, developing risk assessments and conducting process walkthroughs for compliance with documented processes.
