• Interface with Engineering Manager and quality assurance team, to prepare project quality documents, inspection test plan and inspection test record.

• Work support execution on Corrosion, Coating Inspection and Pipe Services
• Calculate surface area of a project by interpret Engineering Drawings & manually on site. Ensure that compliance of Company’s policies and standards are adhered to.
• Control of storage and certification of coating materials and consumables
• Executes the specific coating inspection on materials, equipment and construction/installation activity on site.
• Conduct in‑house check on coating works and rectify any issues found on site prior request client for inspection.
• Check on surface preparation and coating application by both visual and equipment testing. (Internal Inspection)
• Liaise with client QC for any issues regarding coating application.
• Prepare progress report and daily inspection report based on project requirement. Maintain safe working environment by enforcing procedure, rules and regulation
• Coordinate the project and ensure the project is being completed within the given schedule.
• Study of client’s specification and developing technical procedure according to the standards and requirement specified, attending pre‑job conference and periodical meeting.
