  • Supervises the execution of projects involving 9 team members including managing all 5 Agile ceremonies (Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective and Backlog Refinement).
  • As per the latest clients directive and initiative, we are now transitioning to Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
