  • Collaborate with Malaysia Trade Ministry and lead Intel Malaysia in devising procedures, system, and control mechanism in meeting Malaysia Strategic Trade Act. Intel Malaysia was the 1st company to be awarded the Export License for Malaysia Strategic Trade Act.
  • Transportation lead for Vietnam start up ensuring all key transportation business process, freight supplier readiness, freight security, customs process related to transportation operations are well established. Successful Vietnam logistics start up and ramp per schedule in July’10 resulted in Divisional Recognition Award(DRA).

Asia Pacific Back End Operations RMA Manager

  • Successfully implemented additional scanning of box ID against bin shelving locations to reduce risk of misplaced box. Established reconciliation of Open Transfer Orders and timely closure of return partial boxes leading to drastic reduction by 30% on issues related to missing boxes.
  • Partnered with SAP system analyst to merge the Packing and Order Consolidation process into a single operational step called Delivery Note consolidation, which enabled 12 headcount reduction and 2 hours cycle time improvement.
  • Established 3 Partite Shipment Verification process and introduced a poke-yoke system to address issue of potential thefts for outgoing customer orders.
