- Lead Asia Logistics to deploy the new SAP based system called Integrated Shipping Memo for Non-Revenue shipments, this systemic solution enables accurate mapping of encrypted and non-encrypted parts, auto population of accurate price and generation of shipment invoice with correct encrypted part number and Permit numbers enabling smooth processing by warehouse and shipping personal for 300 Non Finish Goods orders/day.
- Collaborate with Malaysia Trade Ministry and lead Intel Malaysia in devising procedures, system, and control mechanism in meeting Malaysia Strategic Trade Act. Intel Malaysia was the 1st company to be awarded the Export License for Malaysia Strategic Trade Act.
- Transportation lead for Vietnam start up ensuring all key transportation business process, freight supplier readiness, freight security, customs process related to transportation operations are well established. Successful Vietnam logistics start up and ramp per schedule in July’10 resulted in Divisional Recognition Award(DRA).
Asia Pacific Back End Operations RMA Manager

- Revamped RMA Operational indicators from a total of 25 indicators to 4 key indicators focusing on timely receipt and disposition, resulting in daily inventory reduced from 500K units/day to 80K units/day.
- Established In-House Technical Screening as a method to address fraudulent returns. This resulted in savings of USD18 million over three years.
- Introduced Virtual Receiving process, enabling faster system receipt, credit issuance, and freight cost avoidance for selected customers. This enabled the receiving TPT to be reduced from 6 days to 2 days.

- Introduced the special skilled workforce(SWAT), which acts as a specialized workforce to support operational volume spikes, resulting in a 20% reduction in overtime costs.
- Led the system conversion to native SAP and systematically established a workaround to address the gap observed in key warehouse operational transactional activity. This ultimately led to a 5% increase in productivity.

- Collaborated with suppliers in improving data quality of the Receiving Document by introducing barcode for key information such as Delivery Order number, Part Number and Material Master Number. These eliminated error due to manual data entry during warehouse receiving and eliminated issues of wrong part being receipt and shipped to end customers.
- Successfully implemented additional scanning of box ID against bin shelving locations to reduce risk of misplaced box. Established reconciliation of Open Transfer Orders and timely closure of return partial boxes leading to drastic reduction by 30% on issues related to missing boxes.
- Partnered with SAP system analyst to merge the Packing and Order Consolidation process into a single operational step called Delivery Note consolidation, which enabled 12 headcount reduction and 2 hours cycle time improvement.
- Established 3 Partite Shipment Verification process and introduced a poke-yoke system to address issue of potential thefts for outgoing customer orders.
