3. Fully automatic facing dual-spindle dicing saw (DFD6361HC/FC).

JOB SCOPE:

• Execute exactly according to Spec, WI, OPL, and BKM to maintain equipment.
• Trainer for the Disco Grinder Polish machine. (DGP8761 + DFM 2800 (Inline System))
• Collaborate with engineers on startup and IQ setup for the new tools.
• Supervised production staff (operation specialists) in use of equipment and machinery.
• Participated in safety and quality line walk sharing to ensure a safe environment.
• Together with department managers and group leaders to organize and participate in team-building programs.
• Equipment ramps up and convention to support production volume loading.
• Provide technical support/solutions to resolve equipment and hardware issues.
• Support and complete any ad-hoc task that has been assigned by a superior and the company.
• Being familiar with a fundamental knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Manufacturing Execution System (MES).

Intel assigned me to LINTEC ADVANCED TECHNOLOGIES (SINGAPORE), PTE. LTD. For a week of training on their upcoming BG Tape Laminator RAD-3520F/12 (300mm), fully automatic BG Tape Laminator Machine.
