As an accomplished and passionate artistic leader, she constantly pursues international collaborations and continuously challenges artists to go beyond their comfort zones. She has successfully built legacy programmes for the likes of the Asia-Europe Foundation, the Singapore International Jazz Festival, Marina Bay Sands’ ArtScience Museum and the National Gallery Singapore, among others.   • Led and set up the foundation for the Gallery's artistic programmes organising more than 800 public programmes as well as 60 artwork commissions in the physical and digital spaces involving Singaporean, Southeast Asian and international artists, with works planned and curated until April 2023;
  • Lead Curator of the Gallery Children's Biennale (2017, 2019 & 2021) and the inaugural Small Big Dreamers Festival (2018) that invited contemporary artists to develop site-specific, immersive and participatory works across the 64,000 square metre public circulation area of the museum;
  • Led and worked on artist commissions with likes of David Medalla, Pinaree Sanpitak, Lee Mingwei, Lee Wen, Ho Tzu Nyen, teamlab, Mark Justiniani, Isabel and Alfredo Aquilizan, Sissel Tolaas, Tal Hadad, Ayumi Paul, Dinh Q. Le, Joyce Ho among others;
  • Oversaw the realisation and development of strategies of new audience development and engagement initiatives that set the Gallery as a thought leader in the international museum arena;
  • Spearheaded the research and development of the various programme portfolios, examining access points for audiences, and ensuring the alignment of cross-disciplinary programming with the curatorial framework of 13 permanent and changing exhibitions annually;
  • Conceived Performing Spaces, the Gallery's annual performance commission that looked at the relationship between performance, architecture and audiences. Among the commissioned artists were Liz Santoro & Pierre Godard/Le principe d'incertitude, Daniel Kok & Luke George;
  • Established and oversaw the realisation of Art + Live, a multidisciplinary online programme in music, literature and dance;
  • Introduced In Situ performances & other public interventions that opened up access & new interpretations for the National Collection;
  • Key contributor and curatorial advisor to the Gallery's international partnership with Staatliches Kunstsammlungen Dresden's Kinderbiennale;
  • Co-curated a 6-hour live streaming programme called Afterlude-Prelude: Responses to Nam June Paik, involving more than 20 international artists, co-organised by the Gallery and SFMOMA;
  • Managed between 4-6 full-time staff members and collaborated with colleagues across teams, and ensured effective budget management of the artistic programme portfolio

  • Pioneered the programme direction for two young artist exchange programmes: I'mPULSE, the Asia-Europe Music Camp and Pointe to Point, The Asia-Europe Dance Forum; and in charge of the flagship programme, ASEMUS, the Asia-Europe Museum Network;
  • Responsible for the planning, development, implementation and evaluation, which included identification and negotiations with partners in Asia and Europe; budget management of $150,000-$500,000 of trust funds from Japan, France, the UK and the EU; representation at high government officials, cultural experts/specialists, diplomatic & academic meetings;
  • Introduced the bi-regional and strategic creative branding, marketing and corporate communications for various cultural exchange programmes which encompassed efforts in public outreach/coverage, specialised media networks as well as production of multi-media and printed materials;
