- Cross collaboration with the QGC JV team and AU Corp team to investigate and correct unallocated cost over AUD3mil spread across 2 years with no cutback flow to the entitled JVP. Plucked the leakage by identifying the Internal Orders that were impacting the settlement issue and ensured there weren’t any duplication of Internal Orders in the TW Orders and QGC Upstream Internal Orders.
- Revamped of SKF Upstream P&B Cost Key allocation setup. As a result of JV Audit findings, the SKF Workpaper was revamped to ensure the accuracy of the cost allocation across different Blocks using the Spotfire Data. This resulted in accuracy of JV cutback.
- Simplified process to recognize the Disposals of QGC Camps through creation of cost allocation cycle, whereby the disposals of camps were set up accordingly which ultimately would allow the JVPs to receive their share of G/L. After the setup, had a knowledge sharing session with the Reporting team and handed over the process to the team for monitoring.
