June 2013 – November 2013 (Advanced Customer Service)
∙ Handled incoming calls from customers regarding billing and general inquiries.
∙ Was awarded as one of the agents with highest CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) rating.
∙ Was also tasked to sell additional products to our customers in assistance to the workload of our sales team.
November 2013 – July 2014 (Certified Technician)
∙ As one of the agents with high CSAT rating and lowest calls handling time I was then promoted and trained to become a Certified Technician.
∙ During this time, I was doing technical support aside from billing and general enquiries to our customers wherein I help them out in troubleshooting issues they encounter with the company’s product.
∙ Was still required to sell additional products and upgrades to our customers in assistance to the workload of our sales team.
∙ This time I was also among the team members who were tasked to manage a team whenever there was a supervisor on leave from the production team.
∙ Monitored the stats of the agents and made sure that they hit their daily goals in their metrics and provide feedback in times that an agent fails to do so.
∙ Aside from doing supervisory responsibilities, was also one of the team members who from time to time would take new hires as their apprentices. Made sure that newly hired agents would know how the process works and monitor their stats as well as how to manage their stats effectively.
July 2014 – February 2016 (Accounts Specialist/Supervisor) ∙ Being a consistent achiever on a month-to-month basis, got promoted as accounts specialist and joined our retentions department.
∙ Additional tasks were handed to me like managing and supervising accounts especially from our premium and business customers.
∙ During this time most of the calls handled were escalated calls ranging from customer’s who are hard to understand, disappointed customers and customers who were looking to end their subscription to the company.
∙ Main task though being in the retentions department was to make sure that customers do not end their subscription with the company and sometimes buy out prospect clients from other companies.
∙ Being a part of the retentions departments, was able master the business processes and that makes me aside from my other team members the to-go agents whenever certified technician agents and customer services agents have questions and clarifications about the business.
