- Align elevator with jig ,align track with jig, Gss work
- Lead frame jam: adjust track with temperature on 240 or 200.
- Adj elevator y ,x,z axis.
- Use elevator Jig.
- Bqm fail: chg cap screw, restart machine, last action unplug bqm board air gun clear stray wire.try
- Still cannot bqm check continity wire .
- If bent frame check frame input sensor.
- Check track width if not adjust track width use jiggly to parallel to input and output elevator.
- Realign claw
- If claw problem facing indexing problem and same time will happen bent frame.
- For Kns mc
- Need to do bond force calibration if facing bond force error during bonding
- Kns is different from Eagle and extreme because Kns mostly use mechanical things to adjust elevator, adjust track.
- Need to do rail calibration, window clam calibration ,top clam calibration, heater block calibration.
- I have strong knowledge for do gold and copper wire convertion follow customer requiment
