

Hello dear, My name is Umi Athirah Binti Paul and I am 32 years old. And now I am working at one big company it's called The Spring Mall Kuching and it's been 10 years. My first job in the spring is as a car park cashier. I am starting in 2015 until June 2024. In some year, I was transferred to a different department. It was called the marketing-customer service department. Of course, there were many valuable experiences and lessons during that period, especially when I went through a role change from Carpark Cashier to Customer Service. I understand, Working in the field of Customer Service does require patience and wisdom in managing various customer areas. Of course, with increasing responsibilities, it can be very challenging. However, it also definitely provides an opportunity to improve communication and problem solving skills.
