• Overall managing Engineering Department in term of maintenances and engineering related works consists of project management, improvement works and etc.

• Familiar with oleochemical plant, provide technical support for high & low pressure rotating & static equipment maintenance, pipeline installation, pressure vessel design calculation, & familiar with international standard code (ASME/ANSI/API).
• Well experience in new plant development project & trend analysis of process (exaquantum).
• Familiar with ISO documentation as HIRARC, LAI&SAI, SWI, SOP & etc and also have involvement in external & internal audit activities.
• Familiar with Project & DOSH documentation and inspection works.
• Competent person for confine space inspection (AESP) and gas tester (AGT) - NIOSH Certificate.
• Capable in manpower management, schedule preparation (Microsoft Project) and cost reduction aspect for modification and maintenance project.
• Familiar with DOE, FME/A and Statistical Control Charts.
• Involved in Design Project and familiar with Auto CAD 2006 & Solid Works 2006
• Familiar with Key Performance Index, Line Study, Process Study, KAIZEN, ICC Project, Downtime, Consumable and PDCA Steps.
• Advance in SAP system
• Lead engineer in term human capital development, overview the engineer activity in carry out their plant routine maintenance and help in troubleshooting breakdown maintenance with effective root cause analysis.
• Liaise with DOSH for inspection of unfired pressure vessel, fired pressure vessel & etc to obtain the CF.
• Establish continual management system base on risk base inspection (RBI) in line with API standard of practice.
• Lead overall plant equipment spare parts management system and continual control of inventory accordingly to R&M budget.

• Manage and maintain all mechanical equipment to ensure stable production.

• Manage the maintenance section costing.

• Lead the troubleshoot and provide support solution to engineering mechanical problems.

• Plan and implement preventive maintenance for mechanical items and spare parts management.

• Plan, design and manage modification of plant system for improvement of production and contribute towards KAIZEN activities.

• Manage equipment integrity and risk management based on RBI.

• Ability to understand and teach chemical process operation flow and reaction to assistant

• Carry out engineering documentation control (e.g. maintenance records, ISO 9001, 14001 & OSHAS 18001) include P&ID update/review.
