• Overall in charged all maintenance of plant machineries in accordance to OEM's recommendations.
• Responsible for informing, coordinating and relaying all pertinent information to Plant Manager and to ensure that maintenance is in accordance with terms of planned schedules.
• Ensured frequent samples of Engines lube oils are taken and comment on analysis reports.
• Responsible for best economical maintenance of machineries.
• Ensured necessary quantities of spare parts and consumables are available for scheduled overhaul and other emergency repairs.
• Preparing maintenance yearly budgetary at optimum expenditure.
• Set up training and personnel development programs for improving personnel.
• Ensured SOPs and other Safety and Health practise complying with local Laws and Rules are adhered all time.
• In co-operated with EC&I and Operation Manager to establish a forecast for following 24hrs period.

• Conducted monthly safety audit on premises and maintain 0% accidents occurrence.
• Established and Implemented system for Scheduled Waste Management and able to managed SW as low as 5% from 21mt within 90days.
• Engaged with third party contractor. Prepared job scope and obtained optimum budgetary proposal for machinery maintenance.

Owned by Samling Group of Companies with capacity of 45mt. Had received nationwide acclaim from MPOB for achieving the highest OER in year 2002 and 2007.

• Maintained DOSH compliance with conducting yearly Boiler and Machinery overhaul and services.
• Managed effluent treatment (DOE compliance) by maintaining BOD below 20ppm.
• Maintained Boiler CEMS below 20% Opacity.
• Organized Safety Training & Awareness every 1 year to maintain 0% accidents occurrence.
